As a leader in the industry, Founder and Executive Producer Wilf Sweetland has been responsible for work that has been awarded at Cannes Lions, D&AD, LIA, British Arrows, Spikes Asia, AWARD, MADC, AXIS, NY Festivals, Clios, Creative Circle, Kinsale Sharks, and AdFest. He is a sought after jury member & has judged on or Chaired Juries at many of the same award shows. Throughout his career Wilf has given Directors their start, shaped their careers and watched as they have risen to become sought after creatively in the highest echelons.

He has led a global production company, sat as a Director on the Advertising Council of Australia, served as Chair of AWARD and worn sharp suits. 

A true people person, Wilf wears his heart on his sleeve. He has a passion for BCorp and using business as a force for good - structuring FRED to become BCorp certified in time. He has been a driving support behind RARE with Google, was a founding supporter of Free The Work in Australia and has mentored young creatives, producers and directors. Wilf founded The FireFlies Antipodes in the Southern hemisphere - a cycling charity raising awareness & money to beat blood cancer supporting the Snowdome Foundation.
